1. Agreement to Our Legal Terms
These Terms of Use ("Legal Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Linea Score, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your") regarding your use of LawnQuote.io.
By accessing or using LawnQuote.io and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions
- "Services" – LawnQuote.io, including the website, software, AI-assisted quoting tools, proposal generation, and related features.
- "User" – Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services, typically an independent lawn care business or its representative.
- "Client Data" – Information or content entered, uploaded, or created by a User within the Services, including information about the User's own clients (names, contact information, property details, and quote/proposal content).
- "Client" – A third party who receives a quote, proposal, email, or SMS message from a User through the Services.
3. Our Services
LawnQuote.io is a quoting and proposal platform designed to help independent lawn care businesses generate price estimates and send professional proposals to their clients. The Services use AI-assisted estimation to suggest labor hours and market-rate pricing based on information entered by the User, and allow Users to send proposals to their Clients by email and SMS text message.
LawnQuote.io is a software tool only. Price estimates generated by the Services are AI-assisted suggestions based on user-provided information and general market data; they are not guarantees of actual cost, are not professional appraisals, and should be reviewed and adjusted by the User based on their own professional judgment before being sent to a Client.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, pricing models, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and related materials within the Services are owned by or licensed to Linea Score, LLC.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to use the Services for internal business purposes only.
5. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent that you have legal authority to accept these Terms, will not use the Services for unlawful purposes, will not share or resell login credentials or access, will not attempt unauthorized access or automation, and will provide accurate information.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: violate laws; bypass security controls or rate limits; upload malicious code; use the Services to send unsolicited, deceptive, or fraudulent email or SMS messages; misrepresent your identity or business to a Client; share accounts or credentials; or copy or replicate the Services to build competing products.
7. Messaging and Client Consent (SMS / Email)
The Services allow Users to send email and SMS text messages to their own Clients for the purpose of delivering lawn care service quotes and proposals.
You are solely responsible for obtaining your Client's consent prior to sending them any SMS text message or email through the Services. Users represent and warrant that they have obtained all required consent before sending SMS messages through the Services. Users are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles, carrier requirements, and all other applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications.
Linea Score, LLC does not verify or guarantee that consent has been obtained by any User and bears no responsibility for messages sent without proper consent. Misuse of the messaging features, including sending messages without consent, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
SMS Program Details:
- Message frequency varies based on User activity; Clients receive a message only when a User sends them a quote or proposal.
- Message and data rates from your or your Client's mobile carrier may apply.
- Clients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS messages, or HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Fair Use and Rate Limits
Use of AI-assisted quoting, email, and SMS features is subject to rate limits that may vary based on your subscription plan and trial status. Linea Score, LLC reserves the right to adjust these limits, request a plan upgrade, temporarily restrict usage, or take other reasonable actions to prevent abuse and ensure fair and sustainable use of the platform. Persistent excessive or abusive usage may result in suspension until appropriate plan alignment is established.
9. User Generated Content
You retain ownership of Client Data. You grant Linea Score, LLC a limited license to process and store Client Data solely to operate and provide the Services.
10. Subscription, Billing, and Trial Terms
The Services are offered on a subscription basis following a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to begin a trial. Following the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription at the then-current price, billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Services or your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time. If a payment fails, your account may be restricted until payment is successfully processed. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
11. Services Management
We may monitor usage, restrict or terminate access for violations, and modify or discontinue features at any time.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations, including violations of Section 7 (Messaging and Client Consent). You may discontinue use and cancel your subscription at any time.
13. Modifications, Interruptions & Pricing Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice. Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud provider failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, or governmental actions.
15. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
The Services rely on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, SMTP2GO, Rentcast, Anthropic, HubSpot, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics (analytics, loaded only with user consent). We are not responsible for outages, errors, message delivery failures, or performance issues caused by these third-party providers.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal action. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
18. Platform Disclaimer & Professional Judgment
LawnQuote.io does not provide professional appraisal, legal, or financial advisory services. AI-generated price estimates and proposal content are advisory suggestions only. Users should apply their own professional judgment before sending any quote or proposal to a Client and remain solely responsible for the accuracy of pricing and content they send. AI-generated estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon without independent review by the User.
19. Client Relationship Disclaimer
Linea Score, LLC is not a party to the business relationship between a User and their Client. All quotes, proposals, pricing decisions, service agreements, and communications sent through the Services are the sole responsibility of the User.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE RESULTS.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Linea Score, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
In no event shall total liability exceed the total fees paid for the Services during the two (2) months immediately preceding the claim.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linea Score, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any message sent through the Services without proper recipient consent.
23. User Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own data backups. We do not guarantee perpetual data retention.
24. Electronic Communications
You consent to electronic communications and notices.
25. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce does not constitute waiver.
26. Survival
Sections relating to intellectual property, messaging and client consent, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
27. Notice Method
Official notices may be delivered via email or within the platform. Electronic notice constitutes effective notice.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
