Linea Score, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use LawnQuote.io and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: name, email address, business name, billing details, and account credentials.
- Client Data: information entered by Users about their own clients, including client names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, and details of lawn care service quotes and proposals.
- Usage Data: log data, device/browser information, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, and feature usage. Where you have accepted analytics cookies via the consent banner, usage data is also collected through Google Analytics.
- Payment Information: payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications Data: content of email proposals and SMS text messages sent through the Services on behalf of Users to their clients.
- Support Communications: information you provide when contacting support.
3. Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of all Client Data they submit to the platform. We process such data only to operate and provide the Services.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Generate AI-assisted price estimates and proposal content.
- Send proposal emails and SMS text messages at the User's direction.
- Manage accounts and subscriptions.
- Process billing and payments.
- Maintain customer relationship records for support and account communications.
- Improve platform performance and user experience.
- Communicate updates, billing notices, and support responses.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)
Where required by law (such as GDPR), we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where applicable.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the following service providers, each of whom processes data solely to provide their respective function to the Services:
- Supabase — authentication and data storage
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
- Twilio — SMS message delivery
- SMTP2GO — email delivery
- Rentcast — property data lookup
- Anthropic — AI-assisted price estimation and proposal text generation
- HubSpot — customer relationship management (CRM) and account communications
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and content delivery
- Google Analytics — website and app usage analytics (only loaded with user consent)
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS delivery are used solely to deliver the specific message sent by the User and are not sold, shared, or used for marketing or promotional purposes by Linea Score, LLC.
We may also share information with legal authorities where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
7. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary for the Services, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Users may request deletion, subject to legal requirements.
8. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted data transmission, row-level access controls, and rate limiting, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs affecting personal information, we will notify affected users as required by law.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for authentication and session functionality (Supabase) and for bot-prevention verification (Cloudflare Turnstile). Users may manage cookies through browser settings. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you explicitly accept via the cookie consent banner; declining does not affect use of the Services.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with the third-party providers listed in Section 6. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their handling of information.
12. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure safeguards where required.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and filing a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, contact us at privacy_officer@lineascore.com or use the account deletion option within the Services, if available. Certain information may be retained after a deletion request as required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and billing records, or to resolve disputes.
14. CCPA / State Privacy Notice
California and certain U.S. state residents may have additional rights, including disclosure of data categories collected, deletion rights, and non-discrimination protections.
15. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any Client Data they enter into the Services does not pertain to a minor without appropriate parental or legal consent.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
